 At New Life, we believe that God has called us to “train and equip the body of Christ for the work of the ministry”

We believe that an essential part to fulfilling that mission is to teach believers how to rightly divide the Word of God and teach them how to study to show themselves approved, and be fully equipped for every good work.  Systematic Bible study should be part of every believer’s devotional life, and at New Life we have a curriculum that is right for you.

 We can help you get your High School Diploma, through King’s Word Academy, which is required to receive a college degree.  Associates Degrees in Ministry or Theology are conferred after a completion of 72 credit hours.  To obtain a Bachelor’s degree an additional 72 credit hours of work is required.  We do offer Graduate programs at the Masters and Doctorate level through the Mid-West Seminary of Bible Theology.  No matter where you are in your Christian Education, the New Life School of Ministry has a program for you!

 Classes are held on Thursday nights in 2 sessions.  Session 1 is from 6:30 until 7:30 and session 2 is from 8:00 until 9:00.  Chapel is held between classes, from 7:30 until 8:00, where students are encouraged to earn an additional credit hour per year by participating in the opportunity to share in front of a small group.  Each semester is only thirteen weeks, and a total of 12 credits can be achieved in a year.  Additional courses may also be taken by correspondence, or at one of our other I.C.B.T. campuses located in the cities of Suffolk, and Hampton. 

 Fees:  There is a one-time registration fee of $50.00. Each three credit hour course costs $75.00 plus the cost of books. There are additional fees for evaluations, Bible equivalency exams, and graduations.

Fall 08 Semester Classes

All Classes are held on Thursday nights.  Register up until September 7th, 2008

6:30PM-7:30PM   Life Management God's Way  (This course is a study of total life management according to Godly principles.)

6:30PM-7:30PM  Old Testament Studies 3 (Books of Poetry) (This course is a survey of the poetical books of the Old Testament. Job through Song of Solomon.)

8PM-9PM  Mission's Spanish  (This course will aide the student in learning conversational Spanish for future mission's trips or Evangelism to the Spanish speaking people.)
