We believe that…

  • the Bible (OT and NT) is the God-inspired, infallible, and ultimate authority on Christian doctrine and precept

  • there is only one true God, existing eternally as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
    • John 17:3, 21-23, Genesis 1:26, John 1:1,2
  • man was created good by God but sin’s result makes mankind lost and powerlessly unable to save themselves
    • Romans 3:23, Genesis 1:28-31
  • Jesus Christ (virgin-born, sinless Son of God) died to take the sin of mankind upon himself
    • Matthew 1:18-21, John 3:16
  • Jesus Christ arose from the dead so man can he redeemed through faith in Him as personal Savior and Lord

  • a spiritual reality is made in the heart of a believer in water baptism, identifying him with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ

  • the baptism with the Holy Ghost is a separate, distinct experience after salvation, giving the believer power for witness, life, and service (accompanied by speaking in tongues)

  • the believer’s life should be one of true holiness and separateness from the world and sin, serving the Lord with a passionate and pure heart

  • the Church universal is comprised of all those regenerated by the indwelling Holy Spirit and through faith in the atoning death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ

  • in order to accomplish God’s two-fold purpose (maturing of the saints, world-wide evangelism) the Church must be expressed as scriptural local churches

  • the restoration of the Church (spoken by prophets in Scripture) and in the subsequent visual and bodily return of Jesus Christ to earth

  • the promise of eternal life is for all who believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and accept Him as their Savior

  • eternal damnation is a consequence of rejecting Jesus Christ, resulting in sinful death
